The Death of Pope John Paul II
John Paul II has died and I assume most people around the world are in some degree of mourning. I am not a Catholic nor am I a Christian but I still feel some degree of sadness. I don't think anything more needs to be said.
Abraham Lincoln: Nominated as an extreme underdog by the Republicans
his election ignited the breakup of the Union. He led the country
through its gravest crisis ever. In the process he redefined the
concept of Union and freed the slaves
FDR: What can I say four terms(3 complete). He lead the nation during the Great Depression and World War II and created the United Nations. I think enough can be said
